Convening of elections for Club President and Board of Directors
Applications can be submitted from 9 to 18 January.
In accordance with the terms of article 38 of the Articles of Association, the Electoral Board has agreed to call elections for Club President and Board of Directors. This Electoral Board, under the terms of article 40 of the aforementioned articles of association, hereby announces this convening and the commencement of the electoral process, which shall be carried out in accordance with the following timetable and guidelines:
Presentation of candidacies: from 9 January to 18 January 2025, including both days, in accordance with the requirements and during the times specified in the electoral rules.
Admission and proclamation of candidatures: on the day following the presentation of each candidature.
Appeal against the proclamation or rejection of candidatures: appeals against the proclamation or rejection of candidatures must be submitted to the Electoral Board, in accordance with the electoral rules, within two days of the notification and publication of the proclamation or rejection of candidatures.
Date of the elections (voting): in the event that more than one candidacy is proclaimed, the Electoral Board shall announce the date and place of the voting.
Postal vote: Members included in the electoral roll may cast their vote by post, according to the requirements and conditions established in the electoral rules.
Electoral roll: members may consult their inclusion or exclusion in the electoral roll on 9, 10, 11 and 12 January 2025, through the online Member Service Office, or at the Member Service Office located in Real Madrid City (Avda. de las Fuerzas Armadas, 402), from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Appeals on the electoral roll: Members not included in the electoral roll may submit the corresponding appeal to the Electoral Board on the days and at the times established in the electoral rules.
Electoral rules: in the application of its powers, the Electoral Board has issued the corresponding electoral rules, which are available to members in the online Member Service Office.
