Real Madrid C.F. provides all persons with an Internal Reporting System or also called Reporting Channel (hereinafter, the "Channel") to report issues or actions that may involve breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or the commission of possible serious or very serious administrative or criminal offences carried out by Real Madrid C.F. or by its staff in the development of their professional duties.

This Channel is a tool that enables anonymous and confidential reporting of allegedly illegal acts or breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as those conducts of which they have knowledge that are not aligned with the corporate behaviours carried out by the Club or by Real Madrid C.F. personnel in the development of their professional functions.

In order to maintain the confidentiality of the communications prior to their review, the procedure does not require that the communications include personal or contact details of the sender.

In order for Real Madrid C.F. to be able to assist you more efficiently, we would be grateful if you could provide us with all the details you have about the event and/or the reported conduct.
