The Real Madrid Foundation and Play Makers unveil their 'Educational Football Program' in Morocco
NEWS.

Real Madrid Foundation ambassador Roberto Carlos hosted Hamza Megzari and Maroua Jrairi, co-founders of Play Makers, at Real Madrid City today to present the Educational Football Program, which is set to begin in Morocco this September. The program, which combines education with sports, will be run at the facilities of the Rabat American School and will cater for 250 boys and girls. Play Makers and the Real Madrid Foundation are also working to expand the project to Casablanca and Tangier in the coming seasons.

Participants will enjoy a unique educational experience led by the Real Madrid Foundation, based on its For a Real Education: Values & Sports methodology. The aim is to combine learning on the pitch with the development of values like respect, motivation and teamwork. These programs contribute to the sustainability of the Foundation's social sports projects for groups at risk of social exclusion in the area. The Real Madrid Foundation also runs seven other social sports schools, in collaboration with Paideia, Fundación Fatema, Manos Unidas, Hanan and Asociación Cervantes.
