The Real Madrid Foundation receives the EFQM 400 seal
In an external evaluation, the Club for Excellence in Management highlights the purpose, leadership and educational model developed by our Foundation.
The Real Madrid Foundation has received the EFQM 400 seal from the Club for Excellence in Management, an external assessment that highlights the great strengths of its institutional and social work. The report recognises the clarity and consistency of the foundation's purpose, focused on improving lives through sport and educating in values, in line with its mission and vision as an international benchmark. This definition, communicated across the entire organisation, is reflected in strategic documents and institutional communications.
The report also highlights solid and participatory institutional leadership, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and a proven educational methodology. Likewise, the assessment highlights the existence of cross-cutting strategic teams that drive the 2025-2027 Strategy, built through collaborative processes and connected to the challenges of the social and educational ecosystem.
The assessment also recognises the institutional commitment to people, through an approach that contributes to strengthening organisational culture and social sustainability. Finally, the report highlights the Foundation's own educational model, with registered intellectual property, academic validation and international presence. The creation of the Sport Values Academy and alliances such as those with the European University and César Vallejo University, among others, consolidate the scientific basis that underpins the methodology applied in projects around the world.
It can therefore be concluded that the Real Madrid Foundation has consolidated its position as a socially excellent organisation, with ethical, consistent and high-impact management that combines purpose and results, and is fully prepared to evolve from “structured excellence” to “excellence based on evidence, learning and innovation”.
