From 9 to 11 September, the Real Madrid Foundation, together with its local partners in Brazil, successfully hosted the 1st edition of Football Training Days in Niterói. This landmark event brought together the socio-sports schools of Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro (Jacarezinho) and Sao Paulo, consolidating the collaboration and the impact of the projects that the Foundation runs in the country.

The three project coordinators were accompanied by five coaches and nine educators from the school in Niteroi, who participated in three days of intensive training. This opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences created an atmosphere of mutual enrichment, and provided the coaches with a greater understanding of the impact of the Real Madrid Foundation's projects, both in Brazil and at an international level.

The final day of the event revolved around the planning of an educational competition, which will be a prelude to the Juegos de la Paz. This sporting event united the beneficiaries of the three schools in Brazil with the aim of fomenting integration and promoting fundamental values such as solidarity and a culture of peace.

The Real Madrid Foundation, in collaboration with Salesian Missions, continues to help more than 870 children and young people through its three socio-sports schools in Brazil. These projects implement the methodology For a REAL Education: Values and Sport in sports such as football and basketball, to promote the social integration of young people between 5 and 18 years of age. These activities are complemented by the transmission of values, the adoption of healthy habits, socio-recreational workshops and the empowerment of socio-family integration.

Collaborators
The success of these programmes is also due to the support of key partners, such as Abbott, which collaborates with the socio-sports schools in Brazil. In addition, the São Paulo school receives valuable support from the Mapfre Foundation, which has broadened the scope and impact of the project.

Through this renewed network of support and collaboration, the Real Madrid Foundation reiterates its commitment to the educational and sporting development of young people, working to provide the best opportunities and continue to expand its projects globally.
