The Real Madrid Foundation, through its seven lines of activity across five continents, reaching more than 113,000 direct beneficiaries and 450,000 indirect beneficiaries last season, has had a direct and indirect impact on nearly 2 million people since its inception. This has been achieved by using sport and its values as a tool for social intervention through education, development cooperation and social inclusion projects.

Coinciding with the 25th anniversary of the organisation, in 2022, the total number of beneficiaries directly reached exceeded one million, together with their families. A special mention goes to developing countries, where projects also include nutritional education and digital literacy workshops for mothers, fathers and families.

Impact on beneficiaries
As well as these complementary programmes, together with Abbott and Millicom/TIGO, the eLearning platform and the growth of educational sport promotion initiatives reached nearly half a million more beneficiaries last season. Overall, this represented an impact of close to 2 million people in the 27 years of the Foundation's operations.
