Official Announcement: Almansa

Real Madrid C.F. has reached an agreement with Izan Almansa, a power forward who played last season for the Perth Wildcats (NBL, Australia), whereby the player will form part of the club until 30 June 2029.

Almansa, who has already made his debut with the senior Spanish national team, has a brilliant track record at youth level, winning three medals: gold at the U-18 European Championship in Turkey in 2022, gold at the U-19 World Cup in Hungary in 2023 and silver at the U-17 World Cup in Spain in 2022, and was voted MVP at each of these championships.

A Real Madrid youth player for two seasons, Izan Almansa returns to our club at the age of 20, where he won the Spanish Youth Championship in 2021.
