Official Announcement: Miguel Ángel Russo passes away

Real Madrid C. F., its president and Board of Directors are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Miguel Ángel Russo, Boca Juniors coach.

Real Madrid extends its condolences and love to his family, teammates, Boca Juniors and all their fans, as well as the clubs he has been involved with and all of his loved ones.

As a coach, he led a host of clubs for almost four decades, both in Argentina and abroad. As a player, Russo dedicated his career to a single club: Club Estudiantes de La Plata. 

Miguel Ángel Russo has passed away at 69 years of age. May he rest in peace.
