Pedro Martínez: “We must stick to our path”
“Baskonia is a solid defensive team and very physical,” added the coach.
Pedro Martínez spoke ahead of the match that Real Madrid will play against Baskonia at the Buesa Arena, corresponding to the eighth round of the EuroLeague (Tuesday, 8:45 pm CET; Movistar Plus+): “We have been doing quite well in the last eight games, and we have to keep doing the same.”
“Winning or losing also depends on how the opponent performs and the situations you encounter. We must stick to our path, execute our fundamentals well, follow what we practice, and trust in ourselves. Then, have that bit of luck that is always necessary to compete.”

“I think they have significantly improved their competitiveness with the coaching change. They are very solid defensively, a very physical team, and on their home court, one should expect the best basketball possible.”
