Pedro Martínez: “It's an important win to build confidence”
“In the first half, we were excellent, with the best moments of the season,” the coach explained.
Pedro Martínez analyzed Real Madrid's victory against Partizan Belgrade on the fourth matchday of the EuroLeague: “Partizan did not give up, and in the second half, they also adjusted their defense. We were much more uncomfortable in attack and slightly better in defense as the minutes went by. It’s an important win to build confidence and quickly move on, as we play again in just a few hours.”
“The players were very focused. In the first half, we were excellent, transitioning from defense to attack and vice versa. We did that very well, showing some of our best moments of the year. However, we lacked consistency. In the second half, we didn’t perform as well, and we need to work on maintaining continuity in our actions, transitioning quickly from attack to defense and vice versa.”
