Pedro Martínez: “The players showed great attitude”
“In the end, it’s a coin toss with small details either in our favor or against us,” the coach explained.
Pedro Martínez analyzed the match that Real Madrid played against Panathinaikos, corresponding to the tenth round of the Euroleague: “We fought well. In the first half, they started very strong and built a lead, but we managed to come back in the last 3 or 4 minutes of the second quarter. In the second half, they were also pulling ahead, but with a lot of character and a very good mentality, we managed to come back.”
“In the end, it’s a coin toss with small details either in our favor or against us. The team tried to maintain its identity, and we should be satisfied with that. As always, we need to see what we can do to improve. The players fought, made an effort, and showed great attitude. We played against a great team and competed really well.”
