Musa spoke to the press at Real Madrid City in the buildup to Game 2 of the Endesa League final series against Valencia Basket (Sunday, 6:30pm CEST): "It's important for us to win the title because we've had a pretty difficult season with injuries and other things, and now we have the chance to finish on a high with a trophy that means a lot to us. We have to do all we can to win on Sunday, first, and then see if we can finish it off on Wednesday."

“We're really hungry and motivated. Our strength comes from that desire to win the title. We're expecting to see a different Valencia Basket for the second game. Montero posted 3 points, when he's got an average of 20. It's not easy to change defense, but we have another plan for tomorrow as well. We know it'll be a different game to yesterday's and we're going to do our best to win it. Defense is key to winning trophies, and it's important to close the defensive rebound. That will give us the chance to run and play our game, which is where we're best.”

The objective
“We've got great strength in depth. Every player can come in and perform at the highest level. There are few teams in Europe who have that. We're two games away from winning it and we'll try and make sure that's Sunday and Wednesday. We feel like we can do it. We have great respect for Valencia Basket but we know we can do it, although our aim is to win the title whatever the result."

Playing at home
“We're tough to beat on our home court. We've got the fans behind us and that's key. If we make our court a fortress, we'll have a great chance of winning the title."
