Llull: “Winning both games was the objective”
“This team has a lot of resources and we have to take advantage of that,” said Garuba.
Llull and Garuba spoke after the second game of the Liga Endesa final, which was played at the Movistar Arena. The captain looked back on the Madrid victory: “It's a very important win because we got the second point at home. That was our goal to take to Valencia. We started well, but they were very accurate throughout the game at a really high pace. We were patient to come back and force overtime, where we were the better side”.

“Every player is important. Campazzo, Feliz and Tavares have been vital, not just today. They've been incredible throughout the playoffs, but without Garuba's defence or Bruno Fernando's rebounds, we wouldn't be here either. When we win, we all win, and when we lose, we all lose”.
