Chus Mateo: “We have to be mentally prepared to perform well against Baxi Manresa”

Chus Mateo spoke on Realmadrid TV ahead of the Real Madrid-Baxi Manresa game, which will be played at the WiZink Center. The coach had the following to say: “Manresa are a team that play very good basketball and this is demonstrated in the standings. They always cause problems and make us uncomfortable. They have very intelligent players who control the pace of the game well.”
“Dani Pérez plays with style and is guided by his coach. They play fast, take three-point shots confidently and pass the ball very well. We have to take care of many aspects to beat them.”
Improving every day
“We had a tough time after the Cup and the FIBA windows. It caused us to take a predictable downturn, but now the idea is to keep training every day to get to the EuroLeague playoffs in good condition. We won't neglect the league and now we have to be mentally prepared to perform well against Manresa.”
