Chus Mateo analysed Real Madrid's victory over Baxi Manresa at the WiZink Center: "We have done our homework in these last four games. We played very well against Manresa, especially in the first half. We've won by big margins and we've shared out the minutes very well before a difficult week."

"We put a lot of emphasis on the defensive side. We were able to contain the counter-attack and we were consistent in our five-on-five defence. In attack we chose well when to run and when to stop."

Mental level
"Sometimes it's hard to start seasons and we've struggled a lot, but our mentality is to do things right from the start. Now we have a very good week ahead of us to take a step forward on a mental level against very difficult opponents on difficult courts."
