Campazzo: “We have to be ready for a different game”
NEWS.

Facundo Campazzo spoke to Realmadrid TV ahead of the second semi-final clash between Real Madrid and Unicaja in the Liga Endesa, which will be played at the Movistar Arena (Friday, 9.15 pm CEST). The player said: “We have to maintain the same defensive intensity. We took a step forward. We can improve things, but we were very good in defence. We attacked and were aggressive from there, which allowed us to play fluidly and generously in attack and run the court. We have to replicate that. They will come out imposing more physicality and intensity, and we have to be prepared for a different game. Every game will be different.”

“I expect them to be more aggressive in defence and braver in attack, and they will be trying to get a point here. We did a lot of things well to throw them off their game. If we play as we know how and stay focused, we can win. Whoever controls the pace and tempo of the game will have a lot of chances.”

Current form
“We're in a very good place right now, but we can't get complacent. We need to stay calm. This run is behind us and we need to come out with the same momentum. We're a strong team and we need to take advantage of that.”

The fans’ backing
“It will be very important. Ultimately, the fans are always there and support us a lot. They give us that extra bit of energy. We're always grateful for their support throughout the season, and we will need them to get the second point in the series.”
