Real Madrid will face Maccabi, Virtus Bologna, Baskonia or Anadolu Efes in the Euroleague playoffs.
Our opponents will be drawn from next week's play-in between these four teams.
With the new play-in format introduced this season in the Euroleague, Real Madrid, who finished undisputed leaders in the Regular Season (27-7), will have to wait until Friday 19 April to find out who their opponent in the quarter-final series will be. It will be one of the following teams: Maccabi, Virtus Bologna, Baskonia or Anadolu Efes.
The four will fight for the last two playoff spots in a single-leg playoff that will be decided at the end of the round, when the positions of all the teams will be defined. Two games will be played on Tuesday 17: seventh against eighth(play in A) and ninth against tenth(play in B). The winner of play in A qualifies directly and will play the second team of the Regular Phase, while the loser will go to play in C, where they will play the winner of play in B on Friday 19th. The winner of this match will be our rival in the playoff, which will take place from 23rd April to 8th May.
