Campazzo, MVP of the Copa del Rey

Facundo Campazzo was named MVP of the 2024 Copa del Rey after guiding Real Madrid to their 29^th trophy in the competition. The Argentinian has won the award again on the same stage four years later and after averaging 14.7 points, 6.3 assists, 2.3 steals and 20.3 in PIR in the three Madrid victories in this Copa. This is the second consecutive MVP for the Madrid point guard after the one he obtained in the Spanish Super Cup.

In the quarterfinals, Campazzo recorded 25 in PIR with 16 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists in 22:47 minutes of play. In the semi-finals, he was again instrumental with 10 points and 9 assists for 22 in PIR in 25:47 minutes. And in the final, he registered 16 points, 4 assists and 25 in PIR in 22:47 minutes. After the game, Campazzo had this to say: “I'm delighted. It wasn't easy. We knew it was going to be a very tough match, that it was going to come down to the fine details.”
