Real Madrid-Monbus Obradoiro: gunning for our 26th LaLiga win

Immersed in the Euroleague playoff, where Real Madrid has a 2-0 advantage over Baskonia, our team welcomes Monbus Obradoiro to the WiZink Center for LaLiga ACB game 31. It will be a very demanding game, as they are still in the battle for the top spot with Unicaja and also because their opponents are playing to avoid relegation. Chus Mateo's side will be looking for their 26th LaLiga win before heading to Vitoria for the third game of the European play-offs next Wednesday.
There are four games left in the Regular League and Madrid and Unicaja are level at the top of the standings with 25 wins. Our team will be looking to stay at the top and put pressure on the Malaga team, who play their game on Wednesday at Lenovo Tenerife due to the Final Four of the Basketball Champions League being played this weekend. We go into the game on the back of two Euroleague playoff games in less than 48 hours, but with our morale very high after winning both games. Monbus Obradoiro is in a life or death struggle with Rio Breogan to avoid being relegated and last week they managed an important win in Bilbao.
Madrid face a strong opponent on the inside, one of the most intimidating in LaLiga with the quartet formed by Tinkle, Pustovyi, Blazevic and Rubén Guerrero. There will be serious competition in the paint. Tavares and Poirier are at full strength, as we saw the other day against Baskonia (10 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists from the former and 10, 7 and 4 blocks from the latter). In Obradoiro's outside line, reinforced with the addition of Timma and Dotson, Scrubb and Jordan Howard, the brother of Markus, Baskonia's point guard, stand out.
