Unicaja-Real Madrid: Whites eyeing place in Liga ACB final
Madrid are looking to close out the semi-finals in Malaga after winning the first two games at home (5 pm CEST).

Real Madrid are one game away from booking their place in the Liga ACB final. After taking a 2-0 lead in the series with two outstanding performances in front of their home fans at the Movistar Arena (99-81 and 90-75), Chus Mateo's men will be aiming to beat Unicaja at the Martín Carpena this evening and advance to the final play-off series for the title (5 pm CEST).
The Madridistas travel to Málaga with the aim of maintaining their impressive form at home, where they have now won 29 games this season. They will be up against a side who will be looking to make the most of their chances of turning the tie around, something that has never been achieved at 2-0, and who will be counting on the support of their fans.
“Unicaja are playing very well and we know Malaga is a difficult place to win in,” said Chus Mateo on the complexity of the task ahead. If the Whites are to emerge victorious, it will be essential to maintain the intensity and energy of the last two games, as well as minimise the losses and defensive rebounds conceded.
On the offensive side, Madrid are proving very consistent at and Campazzo is driving the team in this area, averaging 14 points per game in the tie. For Unicaja, Perry and Taylor were the standout performers 48 hours ago.
