Barça-Real Madrid: looking to tie the final series

Real Madrid are back at the Palau this evening for the second game of the League final playoff series. Our team will attempt to level the tie at 1-1 in order to wrest home-court advantage from the azulgranas ahead of Tuesday's WiZink Center encounter. The goal is to produce a repeat of the 2016 and 2022 finals, when they picked up a victory on blaugrana territory and went on to lift the trophy at home in front of our fans.

If they're going to do so, they must win tonight's game at a very tough court and break this season's run on the road in Barcelona. We're in for another battle, both physically and mentally, and another game that will be decided on details like the rebound, shooting from the perimeter and defense. Tavares is enjoying an incredible playoff season and was the team's leading performer once again in Game 1, posting 15 points, 7 rebounds and a PIR of 22. Another key man in the game will be Sergio Rodríguez, who has been inspired in the key stage of the season, hitting 16 points and a perfect 4/4 triples in Friday's clash.

Comebacks
Once again, a comeback is required. Real Madrid are specialists in this regard though, having already turned around two series so far this season: the historic EuroLeague playoff comeback against Partizan and the League semifinals against Joventut which started out at 1-0 against.
