Defeat in the Liga U Classic

Real Madrid were unable to secure victory in the Liga U Clásico. Javier Juárez's side fought until the end in search of a comeback but lost to Barcelona at the Real Madrid City pavilion in the second matchday of the second phase of the competition.

The first half belonged to Barcelona, who went into the break with a nine-point lead over our reserve team (31-40). The third quarter was closer and, in the final quarter, Real Madrid stepped up a gear in search of a comeback, but it wasn't enough.
