GENERAL CONDITIONS MADRIDISTA PROGRAM

2. INTRODUCTION
Our goal is that all fans of Real Madrid C.F. be part of its legend and share their passion for the Club through a free or paid subscription modality, with which they can obtain different advantages. The fact of belonging to the Madridista Community (hereinafter “Madridista Community”) will identify you as an official supporter of Real Madrid C.F.
3. CONDITIONS OF USE
These General Conditions regulate the use of the Madridista Community. Accepting them implies express submission to the same, having the same validity and effectiveness as any contract entered into in writing and signed. If you are a father, mother, guardian or holder of parental authority and you give your consent for your child to register in the Madridista Community, you agree to accept these General Conditions in relation to how your child uses it.
Real Madrid C.F. reserves the right to modify or cancel these General Conditions, informing the Madridista, if possible, by the email address provided during registration, with a minimum notice of thirty (30) days.
3.1. Object and scope of application
Any natural person will have the status of member of the Madridista Community, after completing the application form for subscription to the Madridista Community provided for this purpose.
Only natural persons can be members of the Madridista Community. Companies, associations without legal personality and other legal persons cannot be members.
No member of the Madridista Community can register multiple times as a member. You must maintain only one account in the Madridista Community.
The Madridista Community will have the following modalities:
(I) MADRIDISTA: subscription in the basic modality is free for people over fourteen (14) years of age (hereinafter, “Madridista”) and the Madridista will be able to enjoy the advantages that are part of the Madridista Community for this modality.
(ii) PREMIUM MADRIDISTA: subscription in the “Premium” modality for those over fourteen (14) years of age is subject to the payment of the corresponding annual fee (hereinafter, “Premium Madridista”) and will be able to enjoy the advantages that are part of the Madridista Community for this modality.
(iii) JUNIOR MADRIDISTA: subscription in the “Junior” modality exclusively for those under fourteen (14) years of age is subject to the payment of the corresponding annual fee (hereinafter, “Junior Madridista”) and will be able to enjoy the advantages that are part of the Madridista Community for this modality. Real Madrid C.F. will verify that the minor under fourteen (14) years of age is duly represented by the father, mother, guardian or holder of parental authority. If you authorise the registration of a minor as a Junior Madridista, you declare that you hold sufficient representational powers to this end, assuming responsibility for said declaration and its veracity. If Real Madrid C.F. has any evidence that said statement is false, it will be brought to the attention of the competent authorities.
The status of Madridista, in any of its forms, is personal and non-transferable. The enjoyment of the advantages referred to in Section 4 of these General Conditions (“Advantages and/or Special Advantages of the Madridista Community”) will be limited to the member of the Madridista Community who, in the case of paid subscriptions (that is to say, Premium Madridista or Junior Madridista) must also be up to date with the payment of the corresponding annual fee.
Members of Real Madrid C.F. will also enjoy the advantages of the Madridista Community in its Premium Madridista or Junior Madridista modality.
The member of the Madridista Community has a Private Area as a space where they can, among other options: (i) access their personal data (modify it, edit it); (ii) access their subscription centre to change their communications preferences; (iii) change their subscription plan or their status as a Madridista; (iv) consult the promotions, contests, raffles and special advantages that are active.
The member of the Madridista Community will be able to log in with their access codes on the following platforms that make up the Madridista Community and thus be able to access their Advantages and/or Special Advantages in a more comfortable and simple way: (i) their Private Area, which they will find both on the Club's official website (www.realmadrid.com) and on its official App; (ii) official online store of Real Madrid; (iii) Club memorabilia sales platform; (iv) platform for launching promotions (sweepstakes and contests); (v) interactive points where they can identify themselves as a member of the Community within the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium; (vi) as well as on any other platform that makes up the Madridista Community.
3.2. Registry data in the Madridista Community
Real Madrid C.F. under no circumstances will be responsible for the fact that the data provided in the Madridista subscription application form to the Madridista Community or at any later time, is true, for which it will be the responsibility of the latter to provide Real Madrid C.F. with authentic data, as well as keeping it updated at all times through their Private Area or through the means of contact indicated in Section 7 (“Madridista Service”).
Likewise, the Madridista will be able to register in the Madridista Community through the social login.
Real Madrid C.F. reserves the right to verify the veracity and/or validity of the data provided.
3.3. Subscription conditions to the Madridista Community
3.3.1. Subscription and renewal
The validity of the subscription of the modality chosen by the member of the Madridista Community will be understood to be automatically renewed for successive annual instalments, unless one of the parties expressly indicates to the other its desire not to renew.
Unless the member of the Madridista Community communicates their voluntary withdrawal, Real Madrid C.F. will automatically renew the subscription in the Madridista Community, it being understood that both the Premium Madridista and the Junior Madridista authorise the Club to charge the annual renewal fee through the selected payment method.
The definitive cancellation of the subscription in the Madridista Community will imply the loss of the status of member of the Madridista Community for all purposes.
3.3.2. Changes in the subscription modality
| (i) FROM MADRIDISTA TO PREMIUM MADRIDISTA | At the express request of the Madridista, which implies the payment of the corresponding annual fee. To this end, the Madridista will be asked, if necessary, for additional information to that requested in their registration, such as payment details and postal delivery address, in order to be able to enjoy the advantages offered under the Premium Madridista modality. Registration as a Premium Madridista will come into force once the payment of the corresponding annual fee has been made. |
| (ii) FROM PREMIUM MADRIDISTA TO MADRIDISTA | 1. At the express request of the Premium Madridista, who will continue to enjoy the Advantages of the Premium modality until the end of the corresponding billing period. 2. By Real Madrid C.F., if it is not possible to pay the corresponding annual fee. From the date of non-payment, the Premium Madridista becomes a Madridista and will recover their status as a Premium Madridista in the event that the corresponding annual fee is paid. In the event that it is not possible to make the aforementioned payment, the Club will inform the Premium Madridista of the change in subscription modality, which will switch to the Madridista modality. |
| (iii) FROM JUNIOR MADRIDISTA TO PREMIUM MADRIDISTA | When the Junior Madridista turns fourteen (14) years old, their modality is automatically modified and they become a Premium Madridista. |
3.3.3. Payment and billing
The Madridista who subscribes to a payment method (Premium Madridista or Junior Madridista) must pay the corresponding annual fee prior to using the Advantages.
The fees corresponding to each payment method of the Madridista Community will be those published by Real Madrid C.F. The Club reserves the right to change the aforementioned fees, in which case, it will notify the Premium Madridista or Junior Madridista by email, if possible, with a minimum notice of thirty (30) days in advance, regarding the entry into force of the new fees. Said modification of the instalments would be applied, where appropriate, in the payment of the next corresponding annual instalment.
If the Premium Madridista does not wish to accept the fee change, they may request the change to the Madridista modality and said change will be applied at the end of the period already invoiced. Likewise, the Premium Madridista or Junior Madridista may cancel their subscription (see section “3.3.4. Withdrawal, cancellation and right to desist”). If the Premium Madridista or Junior Madridista does not cancel their subscription once the price change has come into effect, Real Madrid C.F. will automatically renew the subscription at the updated price, it being understood that the Premium Madridista or Junior Madridista authorises the Club to charge the corresponding annual fee through the selected payment method.
To simplify the purchase processes, the Madridista Community member may be offered the possibility of storing and remembering their means of payment, and other possible data, for future purchases on the Madridista Community platforms (see Section 4.2. “Use and enjoyment of the Advantages and/or Special Advantages of the Madridista Community”), provided that this is indicated to Real Madrid C.F. The member of the Madridista Community may, at any time, delete the data related to their registered means of payment and/or add another additional means of payment through the contact channels of the Madridista Line (see Section 7 “Madridista Service” ).
3.3.4. Withdrawal, cancellation and right to desist
(a) Voluntary withdrawal: The member of the Madridista Community may withdraw from the Madridista Community at any time, through the Private Area following the cancellation instructions indicated for this purpose or by request through the Madridista Line through its contact channels (see Section 7 “Madridista Service”).
In the case of the Madridista, the voluntary withdrawal will be immediate. In the case of payment methods (Premium Madridista or Junior Madridista), the member of the Madridista Community will continue to have access to the Advantages (Premium Madridista or Junior Madridista) until the end of the corresponding invoiced period.
(b) Withdrawal of Junior Madridista: Real Madrid C.F. reserves the right to cancel the Junior Madridista subscription if it is not possible to pay the corresponding annual fee. From the date of non-payment, the status of Junior will be suspended until the corresponding annual fee is paid. In the event that it is not possible to carry out the aforementioned subscription, the Club will inform the Junior Madridista of the definitive cancellation of their subscription.
(c) Cancellation due to disciplinary decision: Real Madrid C.F. reserves the right to cancel the subscription in the Madridista Community in any of its modalities; and/or terminate the enjoyment of the Advantages and/or Special Advantages, due to fraudulent or inappropriate use of the Madridista Community, understanding inappropriate use, merely by way of example, but without limitation, to be the following cases:
(i) The delivery by the member of the Madridista Community of the tickets purchased for matches played by Real Madrid C.F. as contest prizes, offers or promotions, or their sale, directly or indirectly, to third parties. Therefore, the Madridista Community does not give the Madridista the right to use the tickets purchased for matches played by Real Madrid C.F. for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes, even for free;
(ii) The active participation of the member of the Madridista Community in altercations, fights or public disorder in sports venues, in their surroundings or in the means of transport organised to go to them, when such behaviours are related to a sporting event;
(iii) At sport venues, the display by members of the Madridista Community of banners, symbols, emblems or legends that, due to their content or the circumstances in which they are displayed or used in any way, incite, encourage or assist violent behaviour or terrorism, or constitute an act of manifest contempt for the people participating in the sporting event;
(iv) The intonation of chants by the member of the Madridista Community that incites violence, terrorism or aggression in sports venues or constitutes an act of manifest contempt for the people participating in the sporting event.
Likewise, it is reported that those advantages obtained from being a member of the Madridista Community are for personal and non-transferable use, and their resale or assignment to other followers is prohibited.
Failure to comply with these conditions entails the automatic loss of membership of the Madridista Community. If there is any suspicion of these behaviours, the competent authorities will be informed.
(d) Right to desist: The right to desist may be exercised by the member of the Madridista Community within a period of fifteen (15) calendar days, counted from the day of subscription to the Madridista Community, without the need to justify their decision and without any type of penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the member of the Madridista Community must notify Real Madrid C.F. that they wish to exercise their right to desist, through the means of contact indicated in Section 7 (“Madridista Service”).
4. ADVANTAGES AND/OR SPECIAL ADVANTAGES OF THE MADRIDISTA COMMUNITY
Real Madrid C.F. offers members of the Madridista Community the opportunity to enjoy a series of advantages (hereinafter, the “Advantages”) as well as access, and to enjoy additional promotions and raffles which may be carried out (hereinafter, the “Special Advantages”).
The Advantages and/or Special Advantages may be offered by Real Madrid C.F. or by its collaborating companies and/or sponsors that are part of the Madridista Community (hereinafter, the “Collaborating Companies”).
Real Madrid C.F. will notify the member of the Madridista Community through any communication channel of the Club (including electronic or digital means) of the Advantages and/or Special Advantages. In any case, the member of the Madridista Community will always have the option to modify or request the cessation of sending this type of communication in the subscription centre of their Private Area or through the means of contact detailed in Section 7 (“Madridista Service”), however, they will always have the information regarding the Advantages and Special Advantages in [https://www.realmadrid.com/en-US/legal/general-conditions-madridista-program-benefits].
In any case, these communications affect both the advantages of Real Madrid C.F. as well as advantages of its collaborating companies and/or sponsors, will always be sent by Real Madrid C.F., identifying, where appropriate, the entity that offers the advantage or special advantage without, therefore and in general, the transfer of the data of the member of the Madridista Community to its collaborators or sponsors.
Each of the Advantages and/or Special Advantages may have additional conditions, which will be made available to members of the Madridista Community, and may replace or complement these General Conditions.
4.1. Advantages and/or Special Advantages
The member of the Madridista Community will have access and will be able at any time to check the advantages and/or Special Advantages related to their modality on [https://www.realmadrid.com/en-US/legal/general-conditions-madridista-program-benefits].
4.2. Use and enjoyment of the Advantages and/or Special Advantages of the Madridista Community
To enjoy the Advantages and/or Special Advantages, the following will be required: (i) the identification of the member of the Madridista Community through the display of the physical or digital card together with the National ID card or through authentication while logging in through the corresponding identification data; (ii) and for the payment methods (Premium Madridista and/or Junior Madridista), to be up to date with payment of the corresponding annual fee. However, the enjoyment of Advantages and/or Special Advantages may be subject to additional requirements, of which the member of the Madridista Community will be informed sufficiently in advance.
The Collaborating Companies may demand other requirements related to their business dynamics.
Enjoyment of Advantages and/or Special Advantages may be subject to the restrictions that Real Madrid C.F. and/or its Collaborating Companies make available to the member of the Madridista Community. Merely by way of example but without limitation, these restrictions may be temporary, such as the maximum period for enjoyment; quantitative restrictions, such as limiting the number of members of the Madridista Community who can access Advantages and/or Special Advantages; restrictions related to the access channel, such as the availability of reservation telephone lines or any other restrictions of a similar nature, such as, for example, the preferential nature for the use of Members of Real Madrid C.F.
5. ABSENCE OF LIABILITY OF REAL MADRID C.F.
The member of the Madridista Community holds Real Madrid C.F. harmless of all liability in reference to:
(i) The veracity and accuracy of the information given by the Collaborating Companies, in particular, that relating to the Madridista Community, the Advantages and/or the Special Advantages.
(ii) Defects in the quality and efficiency of the provision of services and/or products, nor in the deficiencies of the services and/or products offered or provided by the Collaborating Companies within the framework of the Madridista Community.
Real Madrid C.F. will not be liable for any damages that the member of the Madridista Community may suffer as a consequence or on the occasion of the enjoyment or lack of enjoyment of the Advantages and/or Special Advantages.
The member of the Madridista Community must comply with the provisions of these General Conditions and, where appropriate, with the special warnings or instructions for use or enjoyment of the Collaborating Companies.
6. PERSONAL DATA
The member of the Madridista Community will process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management of the existing relationship with the member of the Madridista Community in the context of the Madridista Community.
- Provision of the services or advantages associated with your Madridista modality.
- Offer you personalised content based on your interests.
- Send communications to the members of the Madridista Community in relation to special events.
- Recovery of your Madridista status in the event of subscription incidents.
- Exceptionally, to control the correct use of the Madridista Community, security, legal advice and regulatory compliance.
If you opt for the Premium or Junior Madridista modality, in addition to the aforementioned purposes, Real Madrid C.F. will process your data for the following purposes:
- Management of the existing relationship with Payers of the Premium or Junior modality, in case they have paid the fee, but they are not a member of the Madridista Community.
- Manage accounting of the Club.
The personal data has been provided to us by you, by your legal representative or, in the case of minors, by your parents or legal guardian, or by a third party.
The categories of data that we process are: identification, contact, personal characteristics, economic, financial and related to transactions, as well as your tastes and preferences and browsing and consumption habits of the platforms of the Madridista Community. Very exceptionally, other types of information that is relevant in a possible incident, investigation or claim. The data you provide us must be accurate and truthful, and Real Madrid reserves the right to exclude from the services any users who have provided false data, without prejudice to legal action being taken. The member of the Madridista Community will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for the damage caused to Real Madrid C.F. or to third parties. Your personal data will be treated with the degree of protection legally required to prevent any loss, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access.

ANNEX TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE MADRIDISTA COMMUNITY
INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE MADRIDISTA COMMUNITY OF REAL MADRID C.F.
REAL MADRID C.F. informs you with total transparency about the processing of your personal data so that, in the context of the Madridista Community of REAL MADRID C.F. (the Community), you clearly understand:
- Why we need to process your data.
- What data of yours we can have and for how long.
- With whom we share it.
- What are your rights in this regard and how can you exercise them.
Who is the data controller responsible for the use made of your data?
The data controller is REAL MADRID C.F. (also REAL MADRID or “the Club”), with address at Avenida de Concha Espina, no. 1 in Madrid, Spain, 28036, Tax ID no. G-28034718 and telephone no. +34 91 374 24 00.
The Club will process your data in full compliance with current regulations on data protection, without being subject to exclusively automated or profiled decisions that could significantly affect you and without being used for purposes other than those reflected in this document.
Why exactly do we process your data and on what basis?
We will process your data for the following purposes:
- To manage the relationship that we want to maintain with you as a Madridista as it is necessary to comply with the General Conditions of the Madridista Community and, in the case of Representatives, Parents or Legal Guardians, due to the legitimate interest we have in fulfilling the relationship contract that binds us to the Madridista they represent.
- For the provision of services or advantages associated with your Madridista modality, as this is necessary for compliance with the General Conditions of the Madridista Community, which includes:
- Identifying yourself as a Madridista in the Madridista Community environments, as well as through your digital card.
- Receiving official communications, newsletters, magazines from the Club and communications regarding any advantage that may apply to you based on your status as a Madridista.
- Informing you and applying to you discounts and promotions.
- Offering you personalised content, for which we carry out profiling in which we will take into account your preferences and consumption and browsing habits within the Madridista Community environment to determine your interests. This processing is carried out by virtue of the legitimate interest of the Club in knowing better your tastes and interests to ensure that you enjoy your experience as a Madridista to the fullest. (See section “How do we carry otu profiling?”).
- To send communications to Madridistas in relation to special events, since we want to make them feel like a part of this great family, being legitimated to do so by the legitimate interest in maintaining a relationship with them that is as cordial, respectful and close as possible.
- To recover your Madridista status in the event of incidents in the subscription, based on the legitimate interest we have in it and unless you object (which we would very much regret).
- Additionally, and only if the case arises, we will also process your data for the purpose of controlling the correct use of the Madridista Community and its platforms, security, legal advice and regulatory compliance, as it is necessary to satisfy a public interest, as well as our legitimate interest in the defence of our interests and rights, in the avoidance of behaviour against the internal codes and regulations of the Club, and to comply with legal obligations that are applicable to us (auditing, compliance with criminal regulations, protection of personal data), regulations against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport, etc.).
In addition to the aforementioned purposes, if you opt for a payment method, be it Premium or Junior, we will process your data for the following purposes:
- For the management of the relationship that we maintain with you as a Payer of the Premium or Junior modality, in case you are not a member of the Madridista Community, as it is necessary for compliance with the General Conditions of the Madridista Community.
- For the management of the Club's accounting, in order to comply with the legal obligations of a fiscal and accounting nature that are imposed on us.
How have we obtained your data?
In most cases, your personal data will have been provided to us by you, but we have also been able to obtain it from your legal representative, your parents or legal guardian if you are a minor or were when you registered with the Madridista Community, or from another person who wanted to gift you the Madridista card.
If you choose to register in the Madridista Community through a social login, we will receive your data from the social network or platform that you have chosen to register as a Madridista.
Furthermore, you must keep in mind that, if you store the digital card or coupons that we send you in the wallet of your device, it shares with us the unique identifier attributed to you and if you use said card or coupon with third parties, and, if you authorize it when setting up your wallet on your device, it informs us when you are close to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, our stores and other facilities, so that we can send you communications and notifications (greeting or promotional) whenever you have consented to the same through the wallet.
In an extremely exceptional way, we could receive other types of information from you through other sources, such as our complaints channel, witnesses or competent authorities. But under not circumstances will we keep information that we really do not need.
What categories of your data do we process?
The types of data that we use from you are for identification (including your voice in case of incidents communicated by telephone), contact, personal characteristics (date of birth and contact language), economic (related to the means of payment used for the registration fee and renewals of payment methods), financial and related to transactions (transactions carried out in products and services of the Club, incidents in payment of the fee), as well as your tastes and preferences and browsing and consumption habits in the areas of the Madridista Community.
Very rarely, we may also process other types of information that are relevant in a possible incident, investigation or claim.
How do we carry out profiling?
You must be aware that you provide us with data through different channels: in the process of registering as a Madridista, if at that time or at a later time you directly indicate your tastes and preferences, in your private area, when you use the platforms of the Madridista Community (for example, browsing habits on the official Real Madrid website or app or the purchases you make in the Online Store or in Memorabilia), when you use the interactive points or services of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium or other official Real Madrid facilities.
All this information contains your personal data and, in addition to it, we can obtain inferred data related to your tastes, interests and habits (for example, your favourite players, frequency with which you attend our matches, and preferred items in the Store).
With this information, we will be able to assign you a specific profile based on which we will be able to offer you services, experiences and products much more in line with your tastes and interests, seeking to make your experience as a Madridista as personalised as possible.
Keep in mind that, in the event of incidents in the Junior Madridista subscription payment, we will keep data related to your profile, as well as the rest of your data, for a reasonable time until we verify that the incident is resolved.
We consider this profiling to be an advantage that the Club can offer you, however, at any time you can object to being subject to this profiling as indicated in the section “What are your rights in relation to the processing of your data and how to exercise them?”.
How long do we hold onto your data?
In general, we will keep your data as long as you continue to be part of the Madridista Community, in any of its forms, and subsequently, duly blocked, during the legal period established in each case and at any time for the possible defence or filing of claims, in which case they will be kept until the corresponding inspection, procedure or claim is definitively closed.
However, unless you object to this if you withdraw as a Premium or Junior Madridista, your minimum identification data will be kept for 15 years after withdrawing, such that, if you want to regain your Madridista status, you can be assigned the same card number.
With whom do we share your data?
In the context of the Madridista Community and for the purposes described above, we may share your personal data with the following entities and/or persons:
- Financial entities for the management of collections and payments.
- The data that identifies you as a Madridista is shared with the collaborators who manage the different platforms that make up the Madridista Community (such as Legends for the Online Store, Pursuit3 for Memorabilia), and other collaborators with whom we have arranged benefits for the Madridista collective, to guarantee that the corresponding discounts and advantages will be applied to you. We will also share with these collaborators any other data of yours that you indicate to us as a Madridista, through the mechanism that we enable for this purpose, that you want to use on said platforms. For example, if you indicate that you want the payment method you use for your Madridista fee to be used for purchases in the Real Madrid Online Store.
- Public Administrations, other Public Organizations and entities authorised by law, when required or necessary.
- Exceptionally, with Courts and Tribunals or other conflict resolution bodies, such as Courts of Arbitration and mediators, State Security Forces and Bodies, and Notaries and Registrars.
- If you are gifting the Madridista card to another person, we will be sharing with them that it was you who gave them the card.
In addition, our following suppliers have access to some of your personal data in order to provide us with the contracted services, but we make sure that they exercise the same care that we do, that they apply high protection guarantees and that they can only use it for what is strictly necessary in relation to the purposes detailed above:
- Courier companies and management of postal shipments.
- Providers for data storage, ticket sales, registration processing, recoveries, communications and the management of the Madridista database.
- Providers in charge of managing the raffles and contests.
- Printed and digital publications or communication platforms.
- Consulting and data analytics companies.
- Suppliers for accreditation in the application of discounts and processing of other advantages associated with your Madridista modality.

Is your data processed outside the European Economic Area?
In relation to the indicated purposes, in most cases your data will not go outside the European Economic Area nor will it be accessed from outside said territory, except in the case of:
- Our provider Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, which may transfer your data to servers in the United States, a country that does not belong to the European Economic Area. For these transfers, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission are applied, which, after the pertinent evaluations, have been estimated to provide an adequate level of protection for your rights at the destination.
- Our provider, Lava Inc., located in the United States, with whom Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission are applied, which, after the pertinent evaluations, have been estimated to provide an adequate level of protection for your rights at the destination.

Very exceptionally, we need to transfer your personal data to:
- Sports Organisations and other Clubs outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), the transfer being covered as it is necessary for the correct execution of the Conditions of the Madridista Community and/or for the execution in their interest of a contractual relationship between Real Madrid and the data recipients.
- Courts, Tribunals, Courts of Arbitration and Mediators outside the EEA, the transfer being covered as it is necessary for the lodging, exercise or defence of claims, as applicable.
What are your rights in relation to the processing of your data and how to exercise them?
You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data, to access it, to have it rectified or, where appropriate, deleted. In certain circumstances, you also have the right to limit the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of claims, to oppose that we process it and its portability by transmitting it to you or directly to another company that you designate.
Likewise, you may exercise your right of opposition for those purposes based on a legitimate interest. Additionally, in relation to the right to object to various types of communications, the Madridista can exercise it directly and automatically through the Subscription Centre, where they can manage the type of communications they wish to receive.
