Description

The Real Madrid Foundation’s socio-sporting school is situated on the island of São Vicente, specifically in the city of Mindelo, the country’s second largest city.  
 
The Real Madrid Foundation are partnered by the Salesians of Don Bosco, who run an Art and Craft School. The beneficiaries of the socio-sporting school are pupils of the education centre whose families are experiencing financial difficulties, employment issues, family breakdown, and those from large or single-parent families. Aside from the sporting element, attendees of the socio-sporting school benefit from extra-curricular classes and medical checks, as well as participating in social tournaments and talks and workshops on aspects of citizenship.
