Virtually unanimous approval of all items discussed at Ordinary General Assembly
The representative members endorsed the accounts for the 2022/23 financial year, the 2023/24 budget and the membership fees for 2024/25.
The representative members of Real Madrid approved all the points discussed at the 2023 Ordinary General Assembly, which was held both in person and online at the basketball pavilion of Real Madrid City. As a result, there was a virtually unanimous endorsement of the administration by president Florentino Pérez and his Board of Directors, giving the go-ahead to the accounts for the 2022/23 financial year, the 2023/24 budget and the membership fees for the 2024/25 season.
The Assembly was attended by Club President Florentino Pérez, Vice-President Pedro López and all the representatives who requested to attend.
Proposed resolutions of the Ordinary General Assembly:
ITEM TWO. Approval of the Budget Liquidation, the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account of the Club, as well as those consolidated with the affiliate company, corresponding to the 2022/2023 financial year.
The result of the 1,699 votes cast is: 1,691 votes in favour, 6 against and 2 abstentions. This means that 99.5% of the votes are in favour.
ITEM THREE. Approval of the Consolidated Income and Expenditure Budget and the Activities Project for the 2023/2024 financial year.
The result of the 1,694 votes cast is: 1,681 votes in favour, 7 against and 6 abstentions. This means that 99.2% of the votes were in favour.
ITEM FOUR. Approval of the membership fees for the 2024/2025 season.
The result of the 1,694 votes cast is: 1,613 votes in favour, 58 against and 23 abstentions. This means that 95.2% of the votes were in favour
