Real Madrid Graduate School scoops prize at the Alcobendas Sports Gala
“It means a lot to the club; we're fully committed," underlined Emilio Butragueño upon receiving the award.
The Real Madrid Graduate School has been honoured in the Education and Sport category at the Sports Awards Gala organised by the Alcobendas City Council (Madrid). Emilio Butragueño, director general of the Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea, accepted the award at the event held in the town’s auditorium.
Butragueño stated: “The academic project was born almost 20 years ago and has now become fully consolidated. We've welcomed more than 20,000 students throughout that time. This academic year, we offer nearly 50 master’s programs, and there are more than 120 nationalities among our student body. This is also a very stimulating project for the club. We pour all the knowledge and experience we've gained throughout our history into the Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea."
“It means a lot to the club; we're fully committed. More than 150 Real Madrid professionals, many of them as co-directors, are involved in all the master’s programs, and this recognition is a boost to keep striving to strengthen the project and continue preparing future leaders in the world of sports.”
