The only official ticket sales channels are www.realmadrid.com and www.entradas.com, where you can purchase tickets for matches played by the Real Madrid first team, both women's and men's, basketball, and also Real Madrid Castilla.

We remind you of the importance of purchasing tickets exclusively through official channels, as the Club is not responsible for, nor will it address, any issues that may arise from tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

There are no phone sales for any event or match.

During the purchase process, you will be informed of the method for obtaining your tickets. Once you have made your purchase, it is very important that you read the confirmation email carefully, where you will be informed of the download methods.

No ticket exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

The sale of general admission tickets for groups (non-season ticket holders, Premium Madridistas and the general public) for the first team in football (men's and women's) and basketball. Information will be provided through the website in the www.realmadrid.com/en-US/tickets  section.

For Real Madrid Castilla matches, tickets will be sold exclusively to Real Madrid members.

There are different discounts for football and basketball. In the information provided on the website https://www.realmadrid.com/en-US/tickets for each competition and match, the prices for each group (SEASON TICKET MEMBERS, MEMBERS WITHOUT SEASON TICKETS, PREMIUM MADRIDISTAS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC) will be provided in the tables. Tickets purchased with a member discount are PERSONAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE and can be requested at the entrance to the stadium with your ID and membership card.

NO. Tickets are PERSONAL and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Club security personnel may require you to present your ID card or member / Premium Madridista card together with the ticket, and may refuse access to the stadium or expel you from the stadium if the ticket holder is not the original person.

Art 17 RD 203/2010. Anyone entering a sports venue must be in possession of a ticket or a valid entry ticket.

Some matches are on sale without a confirmed date and time.
The date and time of the games will be confirmed by the corresponding organisation ( LIGA DE FÚTBOL PROFESIONAL, UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, LIGA ENDESA, EUROLEAGUE AND RFEF).

Payment for tickets can be made by credit and debit card.
Credit and debit cards must be registered to the European PSD2 directive with the 3D SECURE protocol.
Any card that is not associated with the European PSD2 directive with 3D SECURE protocol will not be accepted for payment.

Spectators with reduced mobility, who require the use of a wheelchair, must access the areas of the venues designated for this purpose. They may be refused access to the venue if, even if they have a valid access document, they are not in the designated area.

Access with bulky objects, children's pushchairs, suitcases that could represent an obstacle in the event of an evacuation is forbidden.

Access with a motorbike helmet is permitted, for which purpose the holder will be asked to show his ID card at the time of entry.
