NEWS | 11/07/2021The participants received technical sessions given by professionals endorsed by the club's youth academy.
More than 270 participants (50 girls and 220 boys), who had already started playing football with their teams, took part in this experience for technical improvement and benefited from the football training sessions (from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm) with the Foundation's professionals certified by the Real Madrid youth academy. The participants' families were also able to attend the training sessions in a week full of sporting action and fun.
This time, a specific clinic for goalkeepers was also conducted, with 12 groups taking part in this Real Madrid Foundation programme. This is a short-term educational activity designed for teams of children starting out in football who are looking to improve specific aspects of their game.
Just like the rest of the Real Madrid Foundation's activities, the training sessions are aimed at educating through the pursuit of sport. The intention is to create healthy sporting habits, develop the skills of players and coaches using the unique methodology employed by Real Madrid and the Real Madrid Foundation, build the tactical side of the game in teams and have fun through sport.
