The participants in the Foundation and BR Matters' first women's social clinic visit the team in Monterrey

The women's first team are in Monterrey (Mexico), where they have welcomed a group of girls who took part in the first social clinic for girls and women run by the Real Madrid Foundation in Nuevo León. The training session at the Cedeco de San Nicolás facilities was followed by a brief meeting with the players, headed by Kenti Robles.

The Real Madrid Foundation's partners in running the clinics in Monterrey, CSD and BRMatters, joined ten participants from local community centres, giving them this unique motivational experience and the chance to meet their idols.

First girls social clinic
Back in June, the Real Madrid Foundation, BR Matters and CSD, supported by the Secretariat for Equality and Inclusion, and sponsored by Value, Comex, Innovasport and HEB,ran the first social clinic for girls in Nuevo León, with 125 players from 13 different towns taking part. They were all granted scholarships based on their commitment and impressive performance at school.
