Courtois: “LaLiga goes on until May and we have to keep fighting”

"Levante play good football and if you're a man down they make it more difficult for you", he added.
Real Madrid came up against Levante at the Di Stéfano stadium and Courtois had this to say: "The red card after seven minutes made it difficult. We dug deep and went 1-0 up, they equalised but we kept fighting and in the end it was a real shame to concede the second goal".

"They play good football and when they were in possession we found it difficult to get the ball off them. In the final third we lacked the killer ball to create a chance. And we only played one minute of the four minutes of added time".

Red card and penalty
"The first action is open to interpretation. The initial decision was a yellow card, I don't know if it's the right one or not, you know that more than I do. I don't think he deliberately knocks the player down and Rafa is also close by, but to give a red card is different way of interpreting it. The referee says yellow and VAR changes it to red and then I don't know what to say about the penalty".

LaLiga
"We always have to fight, LaLiga goes on until May, but they keep winning and stay at the top. We have to look for a reaction, win our games and make sure the others lose. We had to fight today, we went down to 10 men from the seventh minute and in the end that make football difficult. Levante are on a good run, they play good football and always make it difficult, and if you're playing with ten men it makes it even more difficult".
