K. C. Rivers begins his second spell with Real Madrid having played a key role for the club before during the historic 2014-15 campaign, when the Whites won the Euroleague, the League, the Copa del Rey and the Spanish Super Cup. Well adept at switching between shooting guard and forward, the 6'4'' American is a very reliable shooter who possesses a lethal wrist snap from downtown.
He recorded a 39% conversion rate from the three-point line in the League and a 41% success rate in the Euroleague. In addition to that, he demonstrated his defensive expertise during his previous spell with Real Madrid, thanks to his tremendous physique and ability to read the game. However, if there is one thing that stands out about him it is his professionalism. He is a shining example of a player who sacrifices himself for the good of the team.
Rivers is perfectly attuned to European basketball and has accumulated extensive experience at top-level sides in Italy, France, Russia, Spain and Germany. Before making his return to Real Madrid, he was a key player for Bayern Munich. The forward also spent a season playing for the Reno Bighorns in the NBA Development League.
