Almost unanimous approval of all items discussed at Ordinary General Assembly
The representative members approved the accounts for the 2023/24 financial year, the budget for 2024/25 and the membership fees for 2025/26.
The representative members of Real Madrid approved all the points discussed at the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly, which was held in person and virtually online at the Real Madrid City basketball pavilion. As a result, they practically unanimously backed the administration of club president Florentino Pérez and his Board of Directors, approving the accounts for the 2023/24 financial year, the 2024/25 budget and the membership fees for the 2025/26 season.
The Assembly was attended by the club president Florentino Pérez; the vice-president Pedro López and all the members who requested to attend.
Proposed resolutions of the Ordinary General Assembly:
ITEM TWO. Approval of the Liquidation of the Budget, the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account of the Club, in addition to those consolidated with the investee company, corresponding to the 2023/2024 Financial Year.
The result of the 1,799 votes cast is: 1,790 votes in favour, 7 against and 2 abstentions. Meaning that 99.5% of the votes are in favour.
ITEM THREE: Approval of the Consolidated Income and Expenditure Budget and the Activities Project for the 2024/2025 financial year.
The result of the 1,784 votes cast is: 1,776 votes in favour, 4 against and 4 abstentions. Meaning that 99.5% of the votes are in favour.
ITEM FOUR. Approval of the membership fees for the 2025/2026 season.
The result of the 1,795 votes cast is: 1,747 votes in favour, 26 against and 22 abstentions. Meaning that 97.3% of the votes are in favour.
