Two items discussed at the Extraordinary General Assembly were approved
The representative members approved the proposal for the election of the members of the Social Disciplinary Commission and for the members of the Electoral Board.
After the conclusion of the Ordinary General Assembly, the Extraordinary General Assembly was held, at which the representative members of Real Madrid approved the two items discussed.
Proposal of resolutions of the Extraordinary General Assembly:
ITEM ONE: The Board's proposal for the election of the members of the Social Disciplinary Commission for the period from 29 March 2025 to 28 March 2029.
The result of the 1,601 votes cast was 1,574 votes in favour, 4 against and 23 abstentions. Meaning that 98.31% of the votes were in favour.
ITEM TWO: Board of Directors' proposal for the election of the members of the Electoral Board for the period from 29 March 2025 to 28 March 2029.
The result of the 1,602 votes cast was 1,581 votes in favour, 3 against and 18 abstentions. Meaning that 98.69% of the votes were in favour.
