Real Madrid's Director of Institutional Relations, Emilio Butragueño, has presented the Real Madrid Foundation's collaboration with Conscient Sports in developing their Educational Football Program in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore (India). The initiative, which gets underway with over 4,500 participants, aims to deliver the Foundation's value education through sports training methodology. This comes alongside their experience in honing technical football skills, endorsed by the Real Madrid academy, for elite educational institutions. The proceeds from this program go towards ensuring the sustainability of the Foundation's social projects in the region.

Butragueño welcomed the participants with a video message, underlining: "We'll put our heart and soul into this to ensure you train and learn the values that make Real Madrid and the Real Madrid Foundation so unique. We want you and your families to have fun doing what we all love, which is playing football." Director of Conscient Sports, Kriti Jain Gupta, emphasised his enthusiasm for the alliance: “Conscient Sports has continually adapted its training philosophies to meet the ever changing needs of players and their families."

Specific training methodology
The Educational Football Program offers students of youth training age the chance to develop their skills using a specific training methodology, all under the guidance of coaches who have learned the For a Real Education: Values and sport philosophy, endorsed by Real Madrid's Sports Department. The proceeds from the activities will support the Foundation's social sports projects in the region, aimed at young people at risk of social exclusion. These are run alongside the Fundación Esperanza y Alegría and the Institute for Indian Mother and Child, aiding over 1,000 children.
