Llull: “We're going to have to be at our best”
“We've started the season really well but there are no favourites in the Copa," underlined the captain as the team arrived in Málaga.
Sergio Llull spoke to the press as the team arrived at their base in the Malaga town of Torremolinos. The captain discussed their quarterfinal meeting with UCAM Murcia (Thursday, 6:00pm CET): “We've started the season really well but there are no favourites in the Copa del Rey. That's what makes this tournament so special. Every game is a final and we'll have to get things just right if we want to make the semifinals. We have good memories, we won here in Málaga in 2014 and 2020, but now all we're thinking about is UCAM Murcia in order to win it."

“It's going to be a very tough game. They beat us at their place in the Regular Season. They're a very physical unit, strong on the rebound and they set lots of traps in defense. We're going to have to be at our best if we want to make it through."
