The legal basis of the competition: "MADRIDISTA CARD NUMBER 1,000,000"
Participation in this competition implies the acceptance and compliance with the following conditions:
1.- THE ORGANISING COMPANY AND THE AIM
1.1 Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, hereafter: “the organiser” has organised the following competition: “MADRIDISTA CARD NUMBER 1,000,000” (hereafter “the competition”).
Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, is a sports organisation, registered in Madrid, Avda. Concha Espina number 1, 28036. Tax Identification Number G-28034718 (hereafter, “Real Madrid C.F.”).
1.2 The objective of the competition organised by Real Madrid is to draw the card as holder of the Madridista card number 1,000,000.
1.3 The draw is governed by these legal bases and the mere fact of participation by any individual implies the unconditional acceptance of these rules.
2.- ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Any individual over the age of fourteen (14) on the date of the start of the draw may participate in the draw, and complete the digital registration (not in person) as holder of the Madridista card between 16 July and 16 August 2018, in both a national and international level, obtaining a discount of fifty percent (50%) in the first year's fee and entering, in addition, in the present draw. The new holders of the Madridista Card will receive a number and a Madridista card that will be exchanged in the event of winning the draw.
2.2 Entrants who do not meet all of the requirements included in these legal basis will not be allowed to win the prize.
2.3 The Directors and employees of Real Madrid C.F., or their direct family members, or the Directors or employees of intermediary companies cannot take part in the competition, be it directly or indirectly.
2.4 Entering the competition is free of charge.
3.- COMPETITION TIMELINE AND TIME ZONES
The competition is not restricted geographical, opens from 10:00 on 16th of July 2018, and closes at 23:59 on 16th of August 2018.
4. THE WAY THE COMPETITION WORKS
4.1 To enter the draw, the participant must perform the digital registration (not in person) as holder of the Madridista Card between 16th July and 16th August 2018, both nationally and internationally.
4.2 The legal basis of this competition are kept and notarized in the offices of the Madrid Notary, Mr. Cruz Gonzalo López Müller Gómez, Calle Padilla number 1, 28001, Madrid.
4.3 Amongst all participant in the competition, a draw will be made for the Madridista card number 1,000,000.
4.4 The draw for the prize will be held on 27th August 2018 in the presence of the Notary of Madrid D. Cruz Gonzalo López Müller Gómez in Madrid, to whom the present legal bases have been deposited. Real Madrid reserves the right to modify at its convenience the date of said draw.
5. PRIZE WINNERS
5.1 At the end of the contest (detailed in part 3), through random draws held in the presence of
the Notary of Madrid, the winner will be chosen:
- One (1) provisional winner
5.2 Real Madrid C.F. will inform the winner of the results of the draw and how and when they will
receive their prize via email or telephone on the email or telephone number indicated in the
registration form. The winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize.
The prize will be presented by Sergio Ramos (or another player of the 1st team in case of
impossibility by the former) on the date established at a small event. Real Madrid will not pay
expenses of any kind (transfer, stay, etc.) to the winner to attend the award ceremony. In case
the winner cannot attend the award ceremony, there will be no compensation from Real Madrid.
5.3 The winner may reject the prize, but under no circumstances shall the prize be exchanged for
money.
6. CAVEATS AND LIMITATIONS
6.1 Real Madrid C.F. reserves the right to delay, cancel, change the rules, repeat or terminate the
competition at any time in the event of exceptional circumstances, whilst informing of these
circumstances in such a way so that they do not prove detrimental in any way to the entrants.
6.2 Non-compliance with any of the basis laid down here shall give the organiser of the
competition full discretion to disqualify the entrant at any time; likewise, the organiser reserves
the exclusive right to reject the right for entrants to take part, if they consider that the conditions
established here have been infringed upon.
6.3 In the event that the organiser has reasonable suspicions that an entrant has committed fraud,
manipulation, has been dishonest or does not meet the entry requirements, they shall refuse to
award the prize which has been won or disqualify the entrant.
6.4 In the event of an error, a misunderstanding or conflict in relation to the way any element of
the competition works, or with the behaviour of an entrant, the decision made by the organiser in
this regard will be definitive and final.
6.5 The organiser reserves the right to take the necessary decisions to ensure that the competition
runs smoothly, with these being expressly accepted by all entrants.
6.6 In no way shall the organiser by responsible for the non-compliance or any type of infraction
relating to this competition, and shall not be held liable in the event of losses suffered by entrants
caused by the prizes or any other aspects of the competition.
6.7 Likewise, the organiser shall not be held liable for damages suffered by an entrant arising
from their enjoyment of the prize.
6.8 The entrant excludes the organiser of all liability and shall indemnify them against any claims
as a result of the damages which may arise from activities carried out with the awarded prize.
7.- OTHER CAVEATS
7.1 The organiser reserves the right to use the names, surnames and the images of the entrants,
to reproduce them and use them in any advertising and promotional activities related to the
competition without this usage involving any right to payment or any type of benefits.
7.2 The organiser can use the names, surnames and images of the entrants in its web site and
in other medium as it sees fit.
8.- PERSONAL INFORMATION
Data Protection Policy
The entity responsible for looking after your data is Real Madrid Club de Fútbol with legal
residence at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu on Avenida de Concha Espina, 1, 28036 Madrid.
Your personal data will be dealt with with the main purposes of managing your participation in the
competitions, including the awarding of the prizes.
You can access, edit and delete your data, or oppose certain uses of it through email, as well as
exercise other rights that are explained in the detailed information on data protection by contacting

In the same way, given that the draw is made before a notary, the participant is informed that their personal data will be communicated to the certifying Notary, and that the aforementioned data will be included in a notarial certificate that will certify the correct execution of the draw. This treatment will be legitimized in the satisfaction of legitimate interests of REAL MADRID. At all times, the participant may object to this treatment through contact with the Real Madrid Data Protection Office through the address provided above.
