1. Processing of personal data and purpose of the processing
We inform you that the data you provide in this form will form part of one of several files, which shall be duly registered with the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Data, whose ownership and responsibility corresponds to REAL MADRID.
Your data will be processed for the consecution, among other things, of the following activities: the elaboration of statistics; the management of registration and removal of users; the organisation of services and events; the management of requests and applications; sending magazines; the marketing of products or services; the personalisation of subsequent purchases and navigation; as well as for sending commercial communications, including by email, on offers and services related to REAL MADRID, both for products belonging to the entity and those marketed by third parties with which it collaborates, including the Official Store and the Fundación del Real Madrid.
You authorise and grant your express consent for REAL MADRID to process your personal data for the aforementioned purposes. Said data shall be that which you provide or that which may be collected from forms, contracting processes, and/or by any other means. REAL MADRID does not request the users’ specially protected data, meaning, in accordance with articles 7 and 8 of the LOPD, data related to race and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal records, physical and mental health and sexual orientation.
All fields that appear in REAL MADRID’s forms are required fields, such that the omission of any of them may mean that we are unable to attend your request, except where there are fields in the form itself whose completion are voluntary.
You declare that the information and data that you have provided us with are exact and true, and REAL MADRID reserves the right to exclude services from any users who have provided false data, without prejudice to the right to take legal action. You shall be the only person responsible for any false or inexact statements that you make and for any harm that they cause to REAL MADRID or third parties.
The personal data shall be treated with the level of protection demanded by law in order to avoid any loss, alteration, treatment or unauthorised access.
Real Madrid will not collect or handle personal data on children under the age of fourteen (14) years.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, due to its content, the Website may be attractive to such minors. In this regard, REAL MADRID encourage parents to supervise the electronic activities of their children, by using, for instance, the parental control tools that are offered by various electronic services and software manufacturers, which help to provide a safe electronic environment for minors. These tools can also prevent children under fourteen (14) years from communicating their names, addresses and other personal details electronically without their parents' permission.
REAL MADRID reserves the right to verify, through whatever means it deems appropriate, the real age of any user that has disclosed data through the Website. On suspicion that a user that has disclosed data on the Website is under fourteen (14) years old and that he or she has falsified the data required for access, REAL MADRID many refuse this user access to the services offered and proceed to cancel and delete the user. However, since it is extremely difficult to determine the real age of the people who disclose data on the Website, if you discover that one of your children has performed such a disclosure, contact REAL MADRID at the following email address: email@example.com.
3. ARCO Rights

Finally, we indicate that REAL MADRID can unilaterally unsubscribe you as an eMadridista should no receipt confirmation be received regarding the electronic bulletins sent out by the Club. 4. Security Measures
REAL MADRID maintains levels of personal data protection conforming to the Data Protection Law and the Royal Decree 1720/2007, 21 December, approving the Regulation of the development of the Data Protection Law, and has setup all of its technical media to avoid the loss, incorrect use, alteration, unauthorized access and therefore of the data that the user provides via the Website. It goes without saying that Internet security is not absolutely guaranteed.
