Castilla loses in Huelva

Real Madrid Castilla lost by the slightest of margins on their trip to the Nuevo Colombino to face Recreativo de Huelva on matchday 32 of the Primera Federación. Raúl's men created clear chances, particularly in the second period, but couldn't find the equaliser after going behind in the 24th minute. Recreativo had the first chance, a header from De la Rosa that was cleared off the line by Cañizares (11'). Shortly afterwards, Castilla responded, but Palacios couldn't get the better of Rubén Gálvez in a one-on-one.

Huelva took the lead shortly after. De la Rosa latched onto a rebound from Cañizares after a shot from David del Pozo to make it 1-0 (24'). Raúl's side very close to equalising when Palacios hit the post from Cuenca's cross.

Chances
There were no chances after the break until the hour mark when Manuel Ángel tried his luck from the edge of the area with an overhead kick. Our team had the best chance of the second half in the 70th minute.

Obrador crossed for Álvaro, who got in front of his marker, but Rubén Gálvez made a great save to keep him out. The forward came close to equalising again with a shot that flashed narrowly wide (74'). Castilla pushed hard to make it 1-1 right to the end, but the 3 points stayed at the Nuevo Colombino.
