Yabusele makes his 200th Real Madrid appearance

Guerschon Yabusele played his 200th game in our colours in Game 1 of the EuroLeague playoff with Baskonia. The Frenchman, who posted 7 points and 7 rebounds to help Chus Mateo's team take the lead in the series, is currently in his third season at the club, having won 6 trophies already: 1 EuroLeague, 1 ACB League, 1 Copa del Rey and 3 Spanish Super Cups.
The power forward came in for the 2021/22 season from Asvel. He settled in quickly, becoming a crucial part of the madridista group. His attributes help make him a unique player. He boasts tremendous physical strength alongside unrivalled mobility. He can play under the hoop, lead the counter-attack and is also a threat from the perimeter. So far this season in the EuroLeague he's averaging a PIR of 14.4, a 48,1% success rate from three, and he posted his best performance to date in Round 2 against Anadolu Efes, with a PIR of 39.
