Herreros: "We'll give everything we've got to win it"
The technical director of the basketball section Alberto Herreros represented Real Madrid at the draw, and said: "It's a very tough competition. You have to win three games in almost three games in three games. We've been drawn against Valencia and they're always a big team in the cup. They're a very tricky team and now they've brought Evans into the team. We have our strengths and we're going to do everything we can to try to go into the game in the best possible shape and with all our resources in order to win it".

"We're not thinking beyond the first game. It'll be a very tough match. We'll need players coming back from injury and others who're currently out of action. It's important to be in good shape heading into the cup, the first title at stake this year. The team is looking good, we're meeting our goals, tough I'd like us to be a bit more consistent".
