Vallejo turns 26

Jesús Vallejo is celebrating his 26th birthday today. The Real Madrid defender made his debut against Fuenlabrada in the Copa del Rey back in 2017/18 and is now in his fourth season with the club. His madridista honours list includes nine trophies: 2 Champions Leagues, 2 Club World Cups, 2 European Super Cups, 1 LaLiga title and 2 Spanish Super Cups.
 
Vallejo has made 29 competitive first-team appearances so far. Having come through the ranks at Real Zaragoza, the defender arrived at the club in 2017 following a loan spell at Eintracht de Frankfurt. After two seasons with the team, he went back out on loan to Wolverhampton and Granada. In the summer of 2021, he won the silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics with the Spanish national side, before returning to Ancelotti's squad and getting his hands on the Champions League, the European Super Cup, LaLiga and the Spanish Super Cup.
