Participants from the inclusive and adapted schools had the chance to meet one of their idols.

Deputy director general of the Real Madrid Foundation, Iker Casillas, attended the second training session for the beneficiaries of the Foundation's socio-sports schools for inclusive and adapted football. The training sessions kicked off on Friday as part of Real Madrid's involvement in LaLiga Genuine. It was a truly special meeting for these youngsters, who had the chance to demonstrate their enthusiasm for training at Real Madrid City.
This competition comprises three phases, which will be held at different venues in Spain. As with all of the Foundation's socio-sports tournaments, not only do the sporting results count, but also the positive attitudes of sportsmanship displayed during the matches. On each of the matchdays making up LaLiga Genuine, 16 beneficiaries will travel to spend time on the pitch with players with various abilities from other foundations and clubs in the Primera and Segunda Divisions. Casillas showed his affection for these youngsters, who he encouraged to do their best during the matches and to have a great time during this experience.

This group represents the group of more than 120 beneficiaries with different abilities who are enrolled in the six adapted and inclusive football schools run by the Foundation in Madrid for people with General Developmental Disorder, Down's Syndrome or Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other conditions. These have been run since 2012 in collaboration with Fundación Sanitas, GSK, Fundación Ana Carolina Díez Mahou, A la Par and Fundación Iker Casillas, among others.
