The Real Madrid representative members approved all the points addressed at the 2022 Ordinary General Assembly, which was held both in person and online at the Real Madrid City basketball pavilion. The members overwhelmingly backed the management of president Florentino Pérez and his Board of Directors, approving the accounts for the 2021/22 financial year, the 2022/23 budget and the membership fees for the 2023/24 season.
At the Assembly, the club president Florentino Pérez, the vice-president Pedro López and all the members who requested it addressed the audience.
Proposals for resolutions at the Ordinary General Assembly:
ITEM TWO. Approval of the club's Budget Settlement, the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account. Also the consolidated accounts with the affiliate company, corresponding to the 2021/2022 financial year.
The result of the 1,701 votes received is the following: 1,696 votes in favour, 3 against and 2 abstentions. This means that 99.70% of the votes are in favour.
ITEM THREE: Approval of the Consolidated Income and Expenditure Budget and the Activities Project for the 2022/2023 financial year.
The result of the 1,698 votes received is the following: 1,693 votes in favour, 2 against and 3 abstentions. This means that 99.70% of the votes are in favour.
ITEM FOUR. Approval of the membership fees for the 2023/2024 season.
The result of the 1,695 votes received is the following: 1,641 votes in favour, 39 against and 15 abstentions. This means that 96.81% of the votes were in favour.
