The World Football Summit Europe 2022, an international congress of the football industry, will celebrate Real Madrid Foundation's 25th anniversary on 29 September in Seville. A special panel will be dedicated to the Foundation's social work: "Football as a social tool: education, cooperation and inclusion". Over two thousand attendees will be able to get a first-hand look at the work of the organisation that channels the club's corporate social action on all five continents.
Real Madrid's Director of Institutional Relations, Emilio Butragueño, will host the panel on 25 years of the Real Madrid Foundation, featuring a presentation by the Foundation's manager, Julio González Ronco. There will also be a round table in which Julio Domingo de Souto, general director of the Mapfre Foundation; Francisco Gabriel Sanchez Parodi, secretary of the Red Cross in Andalusia; Pablo Llano, director of Strategy and Development of the international NGO Cesal; and Alejandro Fernández de las Peñas, commercial manager of the La Caixa Foundation, will also take part.

The Real Madrid Foundation concentrates its efforts on education in values, sport as a vehicle for social intervention, cooperation for development and the promotion of inclusive sport, contributing to the improvement of those who need it most.
It has reached out to more than 1,230,000 girls, boys, young people and vulnerable adults through projects and schools in more than 100 countries since its inception in 1997, and has trained over 10,000 sports coaches and educators.
