The Whites will go in search of their eleventh European Cup at the Stark Arena in Belgrade.

Real Madrid will take on Anadolu Efes in the final of the 2022 EuroLeague. The Whites overcame Barcelona in the semi-finals and will now be aiming to repeat history on Saturday by winning the trophy after clinching the club’s tenth at the Stark Arena in Belgrade four years ago. This will be the first time these two sides play each other in the final. The Turks knocked out Olympiacos in the other semi-final by 74-77.

The madridistas will be playing in their nineteenth European Cup final and it will be the fifth under the guidance of Pablo Laso. From the four of these, Real Madrid have run out winners in the last two: Madrid 2015 and Belgrade 2018. Meanwhile, Anadolu Efes are the reigning champions and it will be their third consecutive final after those played in 2019 and 2021 (in 2020 it did not take place due to the pandemic).
