The Real Madrid basketball players taking part in the Olympic Games

Llull, Rudy, Abalde and Garuba will represent Spain, while Heurtel, Yabusele and Poirier will play for France.
There will be seven Real Madrid players playing basketball for their countries at the Olympic Games in Tokyo from 25 July to 8 August. Llull, Rudy, Abalde and Garuba have been called up for Spain. Heurtel, Yabusele and Poirier will represent France. The top two in each group and the two best third-placed teams will progress to the quarter-finals. The final takes place on 7 August at the Saitama Arena.

Spain-Slovenia (1 August, 10:20am Spanish time)
Llull, Rudy, Abalde
and Garuba are among the 12 players selected by Scariolo and will get their Olympic campaign underway against the hosts, Japan. Three days later, they will take on Argentina and wrap up the group stage against Luka Doncic's Slovenia.

Czech Republic-France (28 July, 2pm Spanish time)
Iran-France (31 July, 3am Spanish time)
Heurtel, Yabusele
and Poirier will play their opening Group A match for France against the USA. The Czech Republic will be their opponents in the second game before taking on Iran in the third and final game of the first phase.
