Sixty per cent of the youngsters will benefit from a scholarship to attend the clinics in Aruba and Sint Maarten.
More than 150 girls and boys in Aruba and Sint Maarten will be able to once again enjoy the football and values clinics organised by the Real Madrid Foundation. In collaboration with Noord F. C. and with the support of numerous organisations, 60% of the participants will be able to attend and benefit from a scholarship for this unique experience.
Real Madrid
ambassador Álvaro Arbeloa was joined by Julio González Ronco, managing director of the Real Madrid Foundation, and Brian van der Bergh, director of Noord F. C., at the launch of this new collaboration, following the success of the clinics held in Curaçao and Bonaire in the summer of 2019 in conjunction with Noord F. C.
Risk of exclusion
This summer the clinics in the West Indies will be held from 12 to 16 July on the island of Aruba and from 19 to 23 July on the island of St. Maarten. The clinics are especially noteworthy due to the high percentage of children at risk of exclusion who, thanks to the collaboration of Coca Cola, Banco di Caribe, Digicel and the Ministry of Tourism of Aruba, will be able to experience the programme.

Back to business
Arbeloa said: "These projects are crucial to the return of our activities and it's really important for those involved because it's their return to having fun and sharing values through sport. Brian van der Bergh underlined the relationship with the Foundation and the alignment with the values of the organisation and its educational and social objectives.
