16 wins and no defeats, betters the 15-0 record from the 2013/14 season.
Real Madrid's win at Urbas Fuenlabrada is the best away league start in the history of the ACB. With a record of 16 wins and no defeats, it surpasses the 2013-14 season, also with Laso on the bench, by one win. An immaculate record which they want to keep up in the last two remaining road games to finish the Regular Season unbeaten away from the WiZink Center, something never done before in the current ACB format.

On 19 September, at the Bilbao Arena, Real Madrid kicked off their winning streak by beating Gipuzkoa Basket. Since then, seven months have passed and they remain unbeaten in the league. Joventut, Herbalife Gran Canaria, Bilbao Basket, Coosur Betis, Valencia Basket, Morabanc Andorra, Hereda San Pablo Burgos, Iberostar Tenerife, Monbus Obradoiro, Movistar Estudiantes, UCAM Murcia, Baskonia, Baxi Manresa, Barça and Urbas Fuenlabrada have all failed to beat the best away team in the competition.

The best away starts
In 2013-14, Madrid went 15-0, one more win than in the 1984-85 season, coached by Lolo Sainz they recorded 14 wins. In 1987-88, with the same coach, they reached 13 consecutive away wins.
