Euroleague suspends competition

In the statement, it says that "it will resume when health and safety conditions are optimal for all participants".
The Executive Board of the Euroleague has met by videoconference to analyze the health situation due to the coronavirus and has agreed that "the competitions will be resumed when the health and safety conditions are optimal for all participants, according to the recommendations of health authorities and local governments".

Regarding the development of the competition, they explain in the statement: "The priority is to finish the Euroleague 2019/20 with the existing format, that is, to play the remaining mathes of the Regular League, playoff and Final Four. This will probably mean finishing later than the dates scheduled in May and condensing the frequency of matches if necessary. We will continue to analyse possible alternative systems of competition, which would be carried out only if the situation requires it.
