NEWS | 17/12/2019The project is run in collaboration with Manos Unidas and Diakonia for Development Projects-Coptic Catholic Patriarchate.
The project will benefit over 100 youngsters aged between five and 17 and will promote the development of educational programmes through sport. In addition, the scheme will work to combat bullying at school through the active participation of the educational community, including educating parents on prevention, identification and monitoring.
A dozen teachers attended the course, the main aim of which was to learn about the Real Madrid Foundation philosophy. The teachers were presented with initial sporting content to familiarise themselves with the basic tools to adapt the teaching-learning process in terms of physical, coordination, cognitive, social and psychological skills, with priority always given to highlighting values in the training sessions. The sessions combined theoretical and practical classes in which the attendees were able to put their acquired knowledge into practice in situations similar to those witnessed in real training sessions.
